Does my customer need a ChangeSlip account to approve a change?
No. You send them a link -- they review and approve or reject right from that page, no account or login required.
Can I log extra work before I know what it costs?
Yes. Log it with a title, description, and photos right away, and price it later once you know the number -- or price it item by item if a change covers several pieces of work.
Can a change be a credit instead of an added cost?
Yes. Every change can be marked as an addition or a deduction, so a credit back to the customer nets out correctly against everything else on the project.
What happens after a change is approved?
It shows up on your Home page as ready to invoice. When you're ready, generate a PDF that combines the original contract amount with every approved change.
Can another company see my projects or data?
No. Every business's data is fully isolated at the database level -- there's no way for one company to see another's projects, changes, or customers.
